Six of the seven runners for ORU's men's team, and five of the six women's runners posted personal bests at the 2012 Southland Conference Cross Country Championships, hosted by Lamar, Friday morning. The men's team finished seventh overall, while the women finished eighth, but had an all-conference performer in Samantha Watson.
